The first step in a boutique winery for Orinoco Wines. The clean and pure building reflects product branding and houses the functional elements of wine production in an elegant though economical shell. The structure is framed to suit the equipment and processing sequences and incorporates factory, administration and tasting areas. Processing areas are located externally with a 7.5m sliding opening linking to internal refridgeration and storage facilities, forming a simple environmentally sustainable heating and cooling solution.
